01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and hn55 ("hn55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hn55 website located at https://hn55.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the hn55 platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

hn55 is an online betting and live casino platform. These Terms apply to all sports betting, live casino, slot games, instant games, and any other products accessible through the platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and hn55.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on hn55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hn55 or any recognised gambling authority applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of hn55 or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers or service partners.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. If you cease to meet any eligibility requirement at any time, you must cease using the platform immediately and notify hn55.

04 Account Registration & KYC

Each User may hold only one Account on hn55. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. Creating a second Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

hn55 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its account management processes. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation supporting the origin of deposited funds may be requested.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. hn55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

05 Deposits & Payments

Users may fund their Accounts using payment methods made available on the platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment instrument belongs to another person — are not permitted.

Payment method references on the platform — including familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are contextual references only. They do not imply that those institutions endorse, support, or are affiliated with gambling services. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without notice.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may vary by payment method and promotional period.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or in the currency denomination applicable to your Account.
• hn55 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which hn55 accepts no responsibility.
• hn55 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit if it cannot be verified or if it is suspected to originate from fraudulent or prohibited activity.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your Account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. hn55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request, unless the applicable promotion states otherwise.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and Account tier.
• hn55 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks for large withdrawal amounts. Additional documentation may be requested.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Where hn55 is unable to process a withdrawal to the original deposit method, an alternative method of equivalent standing may be used. hn55 will notify the User of any such change.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

hn55 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Account holders only. One bonus per person, household, IP address, or device applies unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds are held separately from Real Money Funds in your Account Balance. Real Money Funds are wagered first unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x). Until this requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 30 days from the date of issue). Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance.
• hn55 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot games may contribute 100% while certain table games may contribute less.

08 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on hn55. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules may be published in the platform's help section and form part of these Terms.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by hn55. hn55 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the bet may be void.
• Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of display. hn55 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds at any time before settlement.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided due to event cancellation, postponement (beyond the operator's settlement window), or manifest pricing errors. Voided bets are refunded at stake.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. hn55 may suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after an event has concluded but before the market has been suspended will be voided.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sport's governing body. hn55 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• Accumulator / Parlay Bets: If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the remaining selections stand as a reduced accumulator. If only one selection remains after all voids, the bet is settled as a single.

References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 formats, and ICC tournaments on the hn55 platform are for informational sporting context only. hn55 has no official partnership with or endorsement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or any cricket team.

09 Casino Game Rules

Casino games available on hn55 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant games — are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. By launching any casino game, you agree to be bound by that game's rules.

• Return to Player (RTP) figures are theoretical and based on a large number of game rounds. Individual session outcomes may differ materially from the stated RTP.
• hn55 does not manipulate game outcomes. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. A "malfunction voids all pays and plays" rule applies across all casino titles.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed in-game are indicative and may change rapidly. hn55 is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed and actual jackpot values at the moment of a winning event.
• Live dealer sessions are subject to studio availability. hn55 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific live table.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hn55. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening more than one Account per person.
• Using the platform if you are a minor or do not meet the minimum eligibility requirements.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors knowingly.
• Engaging in fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering or using hn55 to conceal or transfer proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using their funds without explicit authorisation.
• Any attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or proper functioning of the platform.

11 Responsible Gambling

hn55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the hn55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and user interface elements — is the property of hn55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Use the hn55 name, logo, or branding in any manner that could imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.
• Scrape, frame, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hn55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including (without limitation):

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or Account contents due to technical failure.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing beyond hn55's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to service, downtime, or inaccessibility of the platform.
• Actions taken by hn55 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including Account suspension or bet voiding.

Nothing in these Terms limits hn55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Termination

Either you or hn55 may close your Account at any time.

Voluntary Closure: You may request Account closure by contacting our support team. Any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you following successful KYC verification, subject to no outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations. Active bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Closure by hn55: hn55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time if it reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Your account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Continued Account operation would pose a risk to hn55, other users, or third parties.
• You are no longer eligible to use the platform under the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Where hn55 closes an Account due to verified fraud or material breach of these Terms, hn55 reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which hn55 operates and holds any applicable licence. Details of hn55's licensing jurisdiction are available upon request through the support channel.

hn55 does not represent that its services are legal, appropriate, or available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or region of residence and location of access. Pakistani users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in Pakistan before registering or depositing.

16 Amendments to These Terms

hn55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Users via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or to address urgent security or fraud concerns.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the platform before the effective date.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon request.
